Reservations
We're here to answer your questions.
One week reservations are from Sunday to Sunday with check-in and check-out time at noon. A four day reservation is the minimum stay. (See price schedule below). We do not permit pets and there is no smoking inside the building. Only house guest on the rental agreement are permitted to stay in the house. The standard rental agreement limits occupancy to four people. There is an up-charge for extra people (kids are people). Prior approval is required before you arrive. To check on the availability, go to the Reservation Log at bottom of this page. After you submit the Reservation Form, we will put a hold the reservation for you. You will need to fill out a Rental Agreement and return the agreement with a deposit check to confirm your reservation. Thank you for your interest and we hope to see you soon.
Reservation Fee Schedule
A one week reservation for four is $1,200.00. A signed Rental Agreement and a $200.00 deposit are required to confirm your reservation. There is an up-charge of $300/person for additional house guest. Six house guests are the maximum number of guests upstairs and it is possible to reserve another two guests on the first floor.
A four day reservation is the shortest rental agreement. The four day rate is $800 with a maximum of four people.
